Job Summary: The Director, Tourism - China reports to the Senior Director, Tourism (based in Los Angeles) and is responsible for developing and executing a travel trade plan focused on programming in LA. The position is based in Los Angeles and knowledge of the destination is required. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the China inbound market to LA, LA-based tourism providers (i.e. receptive operators), and LA-based stakeholder needs. In addition, he/she will have DMO and/or tourism industry marketing experience, ability to speak and write Mandarin a plus, and be able to travel for the role.
Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will report to the Manager, Financial Analysis & Reporting and is responsible for assisting in the preparation of recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, collecting and inputting data for biannual operating budgets and monthly reporting, and assisting in monthly reconciliations.
Job Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant, Marketing reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for ensuring the Chief Marketing Officer’s calendar is kept up-to-date throughout the day, managing all meeting requests including all participants, location, presentations, printed materials, and catering service, if required, scheduling all staff meetings, coordinating lunch and dinner meeting reservations and more.
Job Summary: The Senior Sales Associate will report to the Senior Vice President, Sales and is responsible for completing and processing expense reports, assists with planning sales meetings, manage calendars for three senior level executives, and supervise four sales support staff.
Job Summary: The Coordinator, International Communications supports the Manager, International Communications with the visiting journalist program (VJP), including such activities as the vetting of media requests, coordination of activities, itineraries and travel arrangements. Participates in the actual hosting of journalists. Interacts with agency partners on VJP items. Performs various media relations activities.
